I designed and built this buffet table during my junior year of high school as a class project. The assignment required students to create original design plans for a functional piece of furniture. Concurrently, my mother was searching for an affordable, well-crafted buffet for our cabin and shared a reference that guided the aesthetic and functional requirements. Drawing on experience from prior architecture and woodworking courses, I developed detailed plans in SketchUp and executed the construction to fulfill those specifications.
