I started working for Engstrom Wood Products at the beginning of September 2024. I was fresh out of college, so when I stated there I learned how to hang cabinet doors, install drawers and drawer front. After a few weeks, I was quickly transferred into building. I learned how build cabinet boxes, face frames, all the basics. Then about a two months later I was moved up to assistant installer, I learned all there tips and methods to installer. Six months of learning and assisting turned into me become the lead installer of our company. Right now, my day to day at work changes. Some days I'm running the CNC, working on an Artisan Tour Home, other I am in shop building our custom vanity line.
